I. Outpatient Education
Our outpatient education programs for alcohol and drug awareness include:
This is a basic alcohol awareness program that commonly addresses first-time offenders whose Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) levels are low and concerns about habitual use are minimal.
Minor in Possession (MIP) is an educational program developed specifically to provide information and possible referral services to participants. The MIP program confronts delinquent behaviors early, which can result in establishment of alternative healthy behaviors and decision-making skills.
The Theft Intervention Program (TIP) is a 6-hour one-day session designed for offenders. This program is delivered in a non-judgmental manner in which participants examine and question the disparity between personal values and their behaviors. This program is designed as an interactive program focusing on eliminating the self-defeating behaviors that are associated with theft, shoplifting, writing bad checks, and/or receiving stolen property, etc. Participants will examine and question self-defeating behaviors and attitudes that have led to their arrest.

II. Assessments
Has your driver's license been revoked due to operating a vehicle under the influence or other similar convictions? If so, the Driver’s License Appeal Division
(DLAD) of the Michigan Secretary of State requires that you have a substance abuse evaluation conducted by a qualified evaluator. Complete Counseling Center Inc. has the competency and experience to provide you with your DLAD Substance Abuse Evaluation. We have been providing this service for over 26 years.
This assessment is designed to examine the extent of a person’s alcohol or other drug use and to evaluate the possible impact of use. Upon completion of the assessment, a written comprehensive evaluation with diagnosis and recommendations along with referrals, if necessary, will be provided.
